We believe it is possible to construct an eco friendly and aesthetically pleasing resort.
The layout of the entire property follows the natural topography of the land. At the very first glance, the reception area reminds you of an army regimental. Surrounded by small yet in no way insignificant touches of the local art, Warli art on the wall, cane furniture, wooden rafters on the sloped ceiling one can instantly connect with the environment.
As a winding stepped pathway leads you up to the various cottages placed within the lush well maintained landscape, one can notice interesting details like small wishing well, a lone bench on the bank of a small pond replete with tiny fishes and a wooden bridge. Low garden lights unobtrusively light up the path by not taking attention away from the colour of the various plants that keep you company.
The cottages built with the local stone, again, reinforce the rustic and back-to-nature theme as you find cane furniture & earthen lamps. The restaurant with its riotously colourful and lively ambiance makes eating here a fun experience. Quality and detail continue to create a sense of peace with their neutral colour palette of creams, white & terracotta.
The Resort architecture makes use of locally sourced materials. The interiors take their inspiration from the pristine high country setting and have been created to reflect elements of the natural surroundings and local cultures.
