Hotel Policies

1. Booking Policy :
  • A full, non-refundable prepayment is required to confirm the reservation.
  • All bookings are non-refundable; a carry-forward voucher may be offered at the management’s discretion, in unforeseen circumstances.
  • All room reservations are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
  • Rates, offers, and terms & conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Check-ins on blackout and peak dates are strictly non-reschedulable.
  • Extenuating Circumstances: Any exception requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the management.
2. Cancellation & Reschedule Policy :
  • Reservations may be modified up to 7 days prior to the arrival date. Any approved carry-forward voucher must be utilised within 90 days from the original booking date.
  • Cancellations or modifications made within 7 days of arrival will incur 100% retention charges. No refunds or carry-forward vouchers will be applicable in such cases.
  • Carry-forward vouchers are not valid during blackout dates, including festive periods, bank holidays, and long weekends. Guests are advised to confirm blackout dates with the reservations team.

3. Pet Policy & Guidelines :

We are a pet-friendly resort and look forward to welcoming your furry companions. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we request pet owners to kindly adhere to the following guidelines:

  • A charge of Rs 1,000 + GST Per Pet, Per Night will be applicable.
  • Basic pet meals such as boiled rice, chicken, and vegetables can be arranged at an additional cost with prior notice. Guests are also advised to carry any specific food items required for their pets.
  • Pets are not permitted in common guest areas, including the Swimming Pool, Restaurant, Restaurant Lawn, Lobby, and Club House.
  • Pets must be kept on a leash in all common areas within the resort premises.
  • Pet owners are requested to clean up after their pets at all times and ensure that pets do not cause inconvenience or disturbance to other guests. Excessive barking or disruptive behaviour will not be permitted.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets to resort property, furnishings, or linen. Applicable charges, if any, will be levied prior to check-out.
  • We recommend carrying your pet’s own bedding/linen for added comfort and hygiene.
  • Only well-behaved, healthy, and sociable pets are permitted. Pets with aggressive behaviour or severe anxiety may not be allowed at the resort’s discretion.
  • The safety, supervision, and well-being of pets remain entirely the responsibility of the pet owner. The resort shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or incident involving pets during the stay.
  • Upon arrival, pet owners may be requested to acknowledge and sign the resort’s Pet Terms & Conditions form.
